How this is worked out. Quantity is the stock on hand from your purchases, sales and adjustments. Average cost is the weighted average cost of the item's latest purchase (the month-end close's cost when no purchase is left to price it). Items with stock but no cost are valued at zero. The PDF lists the rows currently shown.
